Using the Virgin Mobile answerphone

The Virgin Mobile answerphone system is fairly basic. You can change your recorded name and your outgoing message, set your pin code, and control whether it is required from your mobile.

You can't divert calls to another number, and you can't cancel the autodivert to answerphone.

Main menu

1 Listen to messages

(if you have new messages, you go straight to this menu by default)

4 Repeat - listen to the message again

7 Delete - remove this message from the mailbox

9 Save - keep this message so you can hear it again later

* Back - go back to the previous message

2 Change settings

1 Change pin code

2 Change greeting

1 Change name

# Save name

* Record name

2 Change greeting

1 Use the standard greeting

2 Personal greeting

# Save personal greeting

* Record greeting

9 Pin code off/on

1 Pin code off

2 Pin code on

Menu for callers leaving a message

1 OK: save and finish

2 Listen to the message you have left

3 Delete the message you have left
