When you purchase a PAYG phone and first use it, you will be automatically connected to “Smartplus”. If you wish to be connected to “Smartstep”, you should dial 2345 from your phone.
“Stop the Clock”
“Stop the Clock” can only be added to Smartplus.
Extras packs
You can choose from a variety of extras packages for your PAYG phone. Choose carefully as they only last for 30 days and any left over minutes or texts will be lost.
Texts
Choose from: 70 texts for £5.00, 200 texts for £10.00, 500 texts for £15.00 or 675 texts for £20.00.
Minutes
Minutes are only available with the Smartplus plan.
Choose from: 100 Anytime minutes for £15.00 or 200 Anytime minutes for £25.00.
