O2 Contract tariffs
In addition to tariffs that include inclusive voice calls, you can choose to add text message, media messages or GPRS bundles to a contract.
Text or Media Message Bundles
These can be added on to any tariff. They cost £3 for 50 messages; £5 for 100 messages; £9 for 200 messages; £16 for 400 messages or £30 for 1000 messages.
Every time you send a text message you use one ‘message’ from your bundle. Media messages use four ‘messages’ each time.
You must have a phone which is capable of media messaging to use this option. If you don't you can still use the bundle for text messages.
GPRS
GPRS can only be used if you have a GPRS enabled phone. Although the phone is always connected, you only pay when you are actually sending or receiving data. Once the data has arrived you can view it for as long as you like. See GPRS page

Inclusive minutes exclude international calls made in the UK and abroad; premium rate and free phone numbers; text messaging and internet access. These are charged at different rates except O2 Max where inclusive minutes only exclude international calls made in the UK and abroad. |
