ThreePay is 3’s PAYG. Each phone comes with a credit allowance.
Top-ups
After using up the allowance which comes with your phone, you need to decide which top-up to buy. £10.00, £15.00 or £20.00 cash top-ups; or £25.00 or £35.00 bundle top-ups are available.
Note well, top-ups must be activated within 90 days of purchase and bundle top-ups, once activated only last for up to 30 days.
The cash top-ups allow you to use your credit allowance on any combination of 3 services and do not run out.
Bundles
Bundle top-ups come with a £1.50 inclusive credit allowance, which can be spent however you wish.
You can choose to have your allowance as talk time or mainly text.
Add-Ons
Add-ons allow you to buy extra services for PAYG or contract phones. (see table below.) You can only have one of each type per month.
Add-ons have no rollover, and must be used up within the month.
Add-ons can be bought from the same places as top-ups.
Note well, add-ons must be activated within 90 days of purchase and once activated only last for up to 30 days.
